What it does
The WASSCE papers, objectives and theory, with the Wi-Fi off.
SmartLearn WAEC puts WASSCE past papers — objectives and theory both — on a machine that does not need a connection to be useful. Twenty-four subjects and more than 32,000 questions, filed by year, series, paper and number, with the marking scheme beside the theory answers rather than three pages away. It is the same offline argument that runs through SmartExaminer and SmartSkool, pointed at one candidate and one year.
SmartLearn WAEC is being built now. It launches late 2026, in time for the May/June 2027 WASSCE. Nothing here can be bought today — and when it opens, a full past paper is free to sit before you pay for anything.

Exam Room
A full mock under exam conditions: the paper, the clock and nothing else. Flag a question for review and come back to it, watch the marks for each question rather than guessing what it is worth, and see at a glance how many are answered, flagged and not yet seen.

Theory Room
Papers 2 and 3 are where the grade is decided, and they are the part every other app leaves out. Write the answer, then use "Mark my answer" to mark it against the points the examiner actually credited, part by part. Time guidance sits beside the question: a 20-mark question is worth about 24 minutes in the real paper.

Library
Every subject is a downloadable offline pack, listed with its question count and its size so you can see what a subject costs you in megabytes before you install it. Papers are filed by year and by type — objectives, theory, practical — with what you scored last time.

Insights
Questions answered, accuracy over time, timed mocks sat and where the marks are going missing, by topic. All of it computed on the machine from your own answers, and exportable as a report for a parent or a teacher who wants the evidence rather than the reassurance.

A free full paper, before anything else
Sit a complete past paper in the browser first — no account, no card. A study app is worth judging on the questions it actually contains, and you should not have to pay to find out what those are.

The questions are WAEC's, not a typist's
Each question is taken from the published paper with its year, series, paper and number attached, and diagrams come with the question instead of being dropped. Where the source contradicts itself the question is filed as disputed rather than guessed at.

The examiner's own report, attached
WAEC publishes a report on every paper — what candidates confused, what the good scripts did, which topics were poorly attempted. It is written for teachers and almost nobody reads it. Here it is attached to the questions it belongs to.

It works with the data off
Install once, from a download or a friend's flash drive. After that the app needs no connection at all: the papers, the marking and your progress are on the machine, and nothing is uploaded.

01 Can I buy it now?
Not yet — and we would rather say so than take an order for something that is not finished. SmartLearn WAEC is being built now. It launches late 2026, in time for the May/June 2027 WASSCE. 02 Which exam is it for?
For the May/June 2027 WASSCE. The papers, the syllabus coverage and the subject packs are built around that sitting.
03 How is this different from SmartLearn JAMB?
Different exam, different papers, different marking. JAMB is a multiple-choice CBT; WASSCE is objectives *and* written theory, and the theory is where the grade is decided. SmartLearn JAMB is on sale today and is the right product for UTME and Post-UTME.
04 Does it mark my theory answers for me?
No, and any app that claims to will teach you the wrong thing. You mark your own answer against the scheme, point by point; the app shows you what the examiner credited and keeps the score honest.
05 Is this an official WAEC product?
No. It uses WAEC's published past papers and published examiner reports. We are not the Council and we do not sell their endorsement.
06 Will it work without internet?
Yes, once it is installed. Subjects install as offline packs and everything after that — practice, mocks, marking, insights — runs on the machine with nothing uploaded.
